How To Get Ozempic & Drop 60lbs; The Prescription Weight Loss Medication
By ELLIE STERN Associated Press / Report for America
Hershey Chocolate Stock Is in Free-Fall After Ozempic Hit The Market
Ask yourself this simple question, when was the last time you heard a giant company like Hershey feeling the pressure of a diet, fad or weight loss program?
That is the effect Ozempic has had across the United States since it's debut release and numerous success stories from Hollywood celebrities.
Welcome to the future, here, weight loss is a prescription medication. Not a diet, not an exercise routine and not a pain in the ass.
This is my story of taking Ozempic, the prescription weightloss medication that has recently become FDA Approved for regular people like you and me.
Yeah, my ears perked up like a startled hare when I heard that. My doctor seemed relieved to see me for once, I'll be honest, I've always thought my doctor was annoyed with my constant questions regarding new fad diets... on second thought, he almost certainly was annoyed with me and my diets.
But this time, he was in a good mood, he didn't seem like he was about to disappoint me again.
And he didn't.
"We're going to start with Ozempic, it has the best results for people at your size with a B+ blood type. From my other patients, I am expecting to see a minimum loss of 15% of your current body weight."
This was... strange. I heard him fine, the words made sense but the tone and language felt alien compared to the numerous diets, weightwatchers, curves, gyms and online coaches I've been listening to religiously for the past couple years.
This sounded like a diagnosis, a plan-of-attack instead of hopes, dreams and a metric sh*t-ton of broccoli.
He mentioned patients my size, he mentioned my blood type, he showed me graphs, case studies and medical jargon that might have actually been heiroglyphics for all I know.
But the thing that stuck with me was obvious, 60lbs in a three month timeline?
I mean, yeah. Sold. Sure. Who do I have to kill doc?
I've been let down before by big promises and plans from health care professionals and dietaticians before. I braced myself for what I was expecting, the amount of restrictive eating and exercise I was going to have to do.
And once again, this was different...
The appointment didn't end with a stern talk about the importance of eating healthly and exercising to the point of blackout exhaustion.
It ended with a prescription. No talk, no promises to change, just a prescription for something equally alien as my appointment; Ozempic.
My First Month On Ozempic
I changed absolutely nothing about my habits. There are some solid reasons why I was overweight; over-stressed, over-worked and over-the-moon about chocolate. It will kill me one day but it'll be a happy death.
Back to business though, I literally changed nothing. I feel bad, I should have tried harder after receiving such stellar news but I didn't have it in me.
Thankfully, I did have Ozempic inside of me and that little guy was working overtime.
It's not like some steriod that tells your brain to "hit the gym, hit the gym now!", in fact, it was quite relaxing.
The biggest difference was hunger. No other way to explain it other than when I started taking Ozempic, I went from requiring a breakfast, lunch and dinner to forcing myself to eat on occasion due to the realization it'd been 8 hours without a single bite.
Game-changer to say the least.
I quickly realized why the doctor had not mentioned exercise or diets, the bigger issue was maintaining a healthy weight loss by maintaining my daily calorie counts.
I saw my doctor again two months later, it was the first time in years that he gave me a genuine smile when I walked in. I'll never forget that moment of joy.
My How-To Guide On Getting Ozempic
Okay, obviously this blew up and I'll have to be careful here because unlike all these other weird weightloss methods, this isn't a juice from Africa, this isn't using ice cubes and olive oil on your feet, this is actual prescription medication. It works because, well, it's FDA approved. It has to or they don't get to exist anymore.
So when I woke up to 37 emails requesting my doctors personal information, I decided to find you guys a better method that won't get me locked up.
This is currently fully legal, I've verified it myself and my doctor approves. Ethical? That's up to you to decide...
Step 1: The Intake Quiz
Okay, without judging me, here is how I get my friends a prescription for Ozempic. The first step is going to the G-Plans intake quiz.
G-Plans is the Hollywood Weightloss Treatment Center, they are the only ones I've found who can provide people with a prescription via an online only process.
The first step is to sit down and fill out their intake quiz. Expect this to be around 5 minutes, please answer truthfully. There are no trick questions but if you have a certain condition, blood type or genetic issue, you'll want to be on the sister product Wegovy instead.
From here, grab your prescription at a local pharmacy or have it shipped directly to your door.
The instructions, dosage amount and timelines differ for the medications but be sure to carefully read (twice even) the instructions provided.
Other than that, be sure to stay in touch and up-to-date with your doctor. You should expect to see some pretty insane changes to your body and mental health over the next two to three months so prepare to make the first step of the rest of your life.
"We are estimating you will lose 60lbs within our three month trial timeline"
My Second Month On Ozempic
Second month. I check the scale once a week, doctor said to stop obsessing over the individual pounds and look at the bigger picture.
I'm currently down 28lbs. This is absolutely shocking because my diet hasn't changed at all. Exercise has been slowly improving, I'll go for a walk or even hit the treadmill when I'm bored for a half hour because it just feels like the right thing to do. The only side effect I have been dealing with is an occasional headache but that is a small, small price to pay for being down 28 damn pounds.
The biggest change is my eating habits, I'm just not hungry. Plain & simple, I just don't even require a lunch anymore and breakfast has become yogurt and a honeycrisp apple in the morning.
Some days if I'm very busy, I'll go straight to 4pm before my stomach reminds me it could use a calorie or two. This feeling is foreign but welcome for sure.
My coworkers noticed my weightloss within the first week, by the second week they were already asking me what the latest fad diet was.
My doctor is very happy with my results and says despite the large weight loss on the first month, he believes we're on track to his goal of losing 60lbs within 3 months. He mentioned the weightloss will slow down a bit after the first 60 days and slow down further once you reach your natural & intended body weight.
I couldn't be happier, I find myself sneaking glances in the mirror non-stop already.
Reaching The Goal, Losing 60lbs in 3 Months
Third month in, doctor is thrilled and I don't think they have words to describe how great I feel.
I made it to our goal of losing 57lbs in 3 months, I didn't think it would be possible but looking back, my doctor did seem incredibly confident in the results.
I am going to remain on Ozempic for the next 2 months before tapering off the medication. It seems to have done it's job and I feel a deep psychological change in my behavior when thinking about diets, meals, exercise and managing my weight.
Exercise feels as easy as going to bed now, I actually look forward to it now that I've dropped nearly 20% of my body weight.
My eating schedule is still the same, light easy breakfast, a solid dinner and lunch never bothers me.
I've recommended Ozempic to my family and friends, especially any of them that have tried some of the awkward crazy diets I tried in the past...
I'm really not sure what to say here, some people think I cheated by taking a prescription medication, I don't personally care what they think, they can kiss my skinny ass.

This blog has blown up since posting my second month results and I've written a how-to-guide on getting a prescription for Ozempic or Wegovy below.
If this has helped you or a friend, I'd love if you could share it.
Step 3: The Journey Begins
This part is the easiest, the doctor will look over your intake results and determine the best medication for your body type, health, weight, blood and more factors.
Just because I was on Ozempic doesn't mean it's the only one that works, I've heard crazy results from Wegovy but make sure you're honest with your doctor or you could be prescribed something with side effects.
This step should only take a half hour once your done with the intake quiz, after that, we're ready to get started.
